Contact your nearest PG Autoglass branch or phone PG Autoglass’s 24 hour service line – 0860 03 03 03 with your policy number and they will be able to assist you with any/all windscreen claims. PG Autoglass also has a 24 hour mobile service that you may make use of.

PG Autoglass has a direct link into Santam’s claim system, it is therefore not necessary for you to complete any claim forms. PG Autoglass will capture the claim on your behalf, invoicing and payment takes place every month through Santam’s electronic payment system.
